 Import iPod, run the software
Connect your iPod to your PC. Normally, iTunes will be auto-run first. In iTunes, make sure that "Enable disk use" has been checked in the iPhone Options.
Run Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer. It will auto-scan the iPod on your PC. If the iPod is enabled, the files (songs/movies/photos/playlists/Voice Memo/Camera Roll) will be shown in the list.

 Select Photo
From this list, you can now select and checkmark the iPod photos you want to copy to computer. Note: Free Trial Version can only export first 3 files per list for your evaluation every time you use it.
 Click Export to Disk Only
Click the "Export" button and start to copy your iPod photo to any folders of your computer right now. If you click Export to iTunes, the software will also synchronously copy your checked to computer for backup.
That's it! The files are now copied to your computer successfully.
Tip2: When this iPod to computer transfer is started, it will modify the automatic synchronization of music/video to manual synchronization between iPod and iTunes.
